Palm Beach Memory Care has my two favorite loves, my love for seniors and my love for pretty lights. I had an opportunity to spend some time with some of the residents there in their sensory room.

Sensory lights can have a powerful, positive effect on people living with dementia. They engage the senses, especially sight, and can help create feelings of calm, comfort, and connection.

Can’t wait to do this activity with them next time.
