Forever flowers, a bouquet that will last a lifetime. 🌸💐

Today we had the pleasure of spending time with Riverwalk Pointe and Conviva Jupiter creating beautiful floral bouquets together. The creativity in the room truly blossomed, and seeing everyone’s unique designs come to life made the experience even more special.

The outcome was nothing short of spectacular, but the smiles, laughter, and connections shared throughout the activity were the real highlight of the day. ✨

Had an amazing time co-sponsoring this morning with my girl Stephany with VITAS at Jupiter Rehab as we wrapped up Nurses Week on a high note. Nothing better than starting the week strong by showing appreciation to the incredible nurses and healthcare staff who give so much of themselves every single day.

We powered through an intense chair workout targeting arms, legs, and core. It’s all about the reps!

The best part? They’re already asking when I’m coming back. Looks like I’ll be getting fit right alongside my seniors 😊

Happy Earth Day! 🌎💚

Look at all the fun I had today with some of the amazing communities I work with! We celebrated by making Earth Day parfaits and the cutest “Earth Bite” blossom charcuterie flowers 🌸🥝🍓—a perfect mix of creativity, connection, and wellness.

Fun fact: Earth Day was first celebrated in 1970 and now includes over 1 billion people worldwide advocating for a healthier planet! 🌱
In home care, we’re reminded every day how important it is to nurture not only our environment, but also the people in it.

Whether it’s encouraging nutritious snacks, meaningful activities, or simply bringing joy into someone’s day—small acts of care can make a big impact, just like small changes can help protect our Earth.

“A little crazy turns ideas into impact.”

If you happened to see my company logo on 10,000 flyers this month… just know I wasn’t overthinking, I was executing 😄

This week was back-to-back, nonstop events, and every moment was worth it. Giving back to the communities and buildings we partner with is essential. In healthcare, we’re all moving at full speed. Nurses, doctors, case managers, executives, so on and so forth, rarely getting a moment to pause.

So instead of waiting for a break… I brought the break to them.

Even five minutes to reset can make a difference.

I’m incredibly grateful for the partners who help turn these ideas into reality. It truly takes a team.

Breathe in for three, hold for three, release for three.

Quick hospital stop today to check in on one of my clients who was admitted last night. The look on his face when I walked in said it all! He was completely surprised, but so happy to see me. I had to hold back tears… it’s never easy seeing someone you care about in a hospital bed.

But moments like these remind me why I do what I do. I was able to brighten his day with a Senior Helpers blanket, a teddy bear, and a few secret chocolate bars (don’t tell 😉).

We chatted for a bit and he told me that the only thing he is requesting from me is… GOLF. Looks like it’s time for me to dust off my clubs and start practicing!

Bullseye! 🎯

We had a few skilled axe throwers in the group, but I might have surprised everyone with my knife throwing skills 😬

More importantly, it was an incredible night filled with laughter, teamwork, and stepping outside of our comfort zones. I’m so proud of everyone who showed up, tried something new, and made the experience so memorable.

Can’t wait for the next one! (Coming up in May)
