In 2024, Trustbridge joined forces with Empath Health, marking a powerful new chapter in compassionate care across Florida. With this affiliation, we’re now part of one of the largest nonprofit hospice networks in the nation, united in our mission to provide dignified, high-quality Full Life Care to every individual and family who needs us.

Together with Empath Health, we now serve over 30,000 hospice patients each year across seven hospice programs, including Hospice of Palm Beach County and Hospice by the Sea, while providing over $17 million in uncompensated care annually.

From hospice to palliative care, home health to grief support, this partnership strengthens our ability to innovate, grow, and reach more people, regardless of circumstance.

In 2024, we witnessed the extraordinary power of compassion at work.

One of the most transformational moments this year was our merger with Empath Health, forming the largest non-acute care organization in the U.S. We’re now honored to serve 1 in every 5 hospice patients across Florida. This powerful union allows us to innovate, expand access, and provide whole-person care, while remaining grounded in the compassion and commitment that define Trustbridge.

We are proud to offer complimentary educational presentations to healthcare professionals, caregivers, and community members. As part of our commitment to holistic well-being and compassionate care, our Community Education Series addresses a wide range of topics related to health, wellness, and hospice care.

Our presentations are designed to inform, support, and inspire, with topics including:

• Caring for the Caregiver – Tools and guidance for those supporting a loved one
• Memory Loss: Normal or Not? – Understanding cognitive changes and when to seek help
• Your Life, Our Passion – A thoughtful conversation about hospice care and common misconceptions

Other topics include fall prevention, sleep health, and more.

These presentations are ideal for healthcare professionals, and community groups — such as senior centers, libraries, and places of worship. Sessions are delivered by knowledgeable Trustbridge educators and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your audience.

Looking for a meaningful, hands-on internship that will shape your career and your heart? Trustbridge Hospice Care offers one of the largest and most respected music therapy internship programs in the nation, sponsored by the Addison Hines Charitable Trust.

Through our 28-week, 1,040-hour clinical placement, you'll gain the experience required for board certification while providing healing and comfort to hospice patients and their families.

• Work alongside a team of 10+ board-certified music therapists
• Immerse yourself in hospice, palliative, and bereavement care
• Transition gradually from observing to independently managing a 20–30 patient caseload
• Receive personalized supervision and mentorship
