At Yoga Path Palm Beach, we practice and teach a variety of styles of yoga, from high-energy cardio power vinyasa to a slow, calming Yin practice. Our classes are taught by highly trained, passionate teachers, all of whom are Yoga Alliance certified. Their goal is to guide you through your practice, creating a challenging and safe atmosphere. In classes we link the breath with movement to bring life to our practice on the mat and in our daily lives. De-stress, energize and rejuvenate-- come by and experience one of our amazing classes; browse our unique yoga boutique apparel with gifts for that special yogi in your life; enjoy a cold-pressed organic juice as you relax outside by our koi pond; or book a massage online and loosen up those tight, aching muscles. Follow your path... and meet others on a similar journey! We are providing a center for all to come together and grow physically, mentally, and spiritually. At Yoga Path Palm Beach we are devoted not only to helping our students, but our community as well.
