Happy Friday, friends. ✨
Sometimes sitting is the most sacred thing.
Sometimes being is the only place we need.
And maybe—just maybe—more moments like these would finally put our hearts at ease.
Here’s to choosing stillness, restfulness, the quiet release of tension—even when the world urges us to ravel up inside.

As we near Mother’s Day, a few tender thoughts…
Some of us hold this holiday with joy.
Some, with grief.
And many of us, somewhere in between—
A quiet ache, a subtle celebration, a longing without words.
May there be grace for the middle.
For the tension and the tenderness.
For the loss and the love.
For the silent honoring of all that motherhood means—and all that it does not.
