As my Granny used to tell me "one-one coca full basket". Please support this noble cause. The need is great, and it takes a little from each person to get the relief. https://zohosecurepay.com/checkout/zs6x7mf-356pg46fr21s98/BuyABlock

What if I told you that a single building block holds the power to change lives?

Right now, there are families—survivors of the recent unprecedented category 5, 185miles per hour hurricane that hit Jamaica October 28, 2025, that do not have a safe place to call home, or a safe place to learn. They are dreaming of security that many of us take for granted.
They need a foundation to rebuild their lives on.
That’s where we come in. And that’s where you and I come in.
We are launching the "Buy a Block" campaign. We aren't asking you to fund an entire building on your own. That’s too big for anyone.
We are just asking for a block.
For just $5, you provide a tangible piece of safety. You provide warmth. You provide the cornerstones of a future.
When you buy a block, and your neighbor buys a block, and others join in... suddenly, we aren't just looking at a pile of blocks, we are looking at a school. A home. We are seeing a community rising.
Every structure starts with the first block. Let that first one be yours.
Please, visit our website at link in the description, and purchase a block today.
Let's build hope, together.

Our brothers and sisters in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica are facing significant challenges. Our specific mission for 2026 is to rebuild the Siloah Basic School, restoring education to the children of the parish, and to provide immediate aid and housing reconstruction for families who have recently lost their homes.

To make this vision a reality, we are hosting the 2026 Global Healthcare Conference in Jamaica. This is more than a medical conference; it is a gathering of compassion. We are inviting you to stand with us in the following ways:
A) Buy a Block of Tickets: We encourage your organization to purchase a "Block" of tickets. This allows a group from your team to attend together, learn about how organizations are actively getting healthcare future-ready and bond while supporting a great cause. Or you may offer the tickets to local personnel who may not be able to afford the cost of the tickets.
B) Sponsor the Event: If your organization has the means, a direct sponsorship provides your organization with more of a presence with benefits including branding, speaking.
C) Attend as Individuals: Purchase individual tickets to join us in Jamaica for this life-changing experience.
D) Join the “Buy-A-Block” fundraising: Invite your staff to support our initiatives by purchasing a $5.00 block

Please remember that all contributions and ticket purchases are tax-deductible. Funds raised through this conference goes directly toward purchasing building materials and essential resources for the Siloah community.

Together, we can turn tragedy into testimony. We hope to see you represented in Jamaica in 2026.

As we gather in St. Elizabeth for the 2026 Global Healthcare Conference April 28 to 30, 2026, the physical scars of Hurricane Melissa will still be visible across Western Jamaica. There are roofless classrooms, hollowed-out homes, and the infrastructure that is slowly being pieced back together. But there is a second, invisible disaster unfolding that we have yet to fully quantify: the silent trauma of our children.

For a child in Western Jamaica today, 'home' is no longer a guarantee, and 'school'—their primary sanctuary of normalcy, has been physically erased. When the winds of Hurricane Melissa tore through our communities, they did not just displace families; they dismantled the psychological safety net of an entire generation.

We must ask ourselves the uncomfortable questions:

How does a six-year-old process the loss of community when their school is rubble?

What happens to the developing brain when the sound of rain becomes a trigger for panic rather than a signal for sleep?

Most importantly, as we rush to rebuild concrete walls and zinc roofs, are we applying the same urgency to rebuilding the emotional resilience of our youth?

Rebuilding a house takes months; healing a mind can take a lifetime.

Our 'Future Ready' propositions must include a robust, community-embedded mental health strategy for our children. If not, we are merely patching the structure while ignoring the foundation. Today, we challenge policymakers, clinicians, and community leaders to look beyond the debris and see the child standing amidst it. We cannot just rebuild for the next storm; we must rebuild for the child who survived the last one."

Join us for this critical intervention. https://sites.google.com/kaabcontinuum.org/globalhealthcareconference2026/home
