Selected among 10 nominees and 3 finalists, this award recognizes her leadership and her commitment to an integrated approach to care for individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability.

Her work brings together medical care, behavioral health, and supportive services so people can address their health, find stability, and move into housing with the support they need.
