Our Learning and Educational Advocacy Program (LEAP) is here to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, along with their families, in achieving their goals! Need a personal care attendant (PCA) for at least 2 activities of daily living such as ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting, or other similar tasks? If so, and you are at least 18 years of age and employed, you might be eligible for financial assistance under the James Patrick Memorial Work Incentive Personal Assistant Services (JP-PAS) Program!
