Dr. Arun Hariharan walks through a complex case involving pseudoachondroplasia and the challenges it can create at the C1–C2 level of the cervical spine.

In this case, a prior fusion failed, and imaging showed loosened screws that left the patient with ongoing pain and instability. Dr. Hariharan and his team revised the fusion with updated fixation and bone graft to restore stability and allow the spine to properly fuse.

and traveled to Taiyuan for China’s Pediatric Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgery Conference, then to Beijing as invited guests at the Orthopedic Hospital to help evaluate children alongside local teams.

They shared presentations on clubfoot, vertical talus, cerebral palsy & spasticity, tarsal coalitions, and genetic conditions—strengthening pediatric orthopedic education and global collaboration.

When the world comes to learn congenital limb deformity care, this is where it happens.

The 2026 Congenital Limb Deficiencies & Deformities Live Surgery Course brought a packed house of physicians from around the world to West Palm Beach for an intensive week of education led by Dr. Paley and the Paley faculty.

From live, livestreamed surgeries and in-depth lectures to case discussions and behind-the-scenes learning, the course offered a rare, immersive look at complex congenital procedures—advancing knowledge, technique, and care for patients worldwide.

Today, Dr. Stiebel performed our first robotic knee replacement, reflecting our continued commitment to innovation in patient care.

Using specialized software, each case is carefully preplanned to precisely correct knee and lower limb deformities.
