Sot, në kuadër të projektit “Amplifikimi i Zërave II”, Medica Gjakova organizoi një tryezë të rrumbullakët me përfaqësues nga institucionet dhe organizatat e shoqërisë civile në Gjakovë.
Së bashku ndamë përvojat tona, praktikat e punës dhe shembuj konkretë të mbështetjes së të mbijetuarve. Juristet e Medica Gjakova ndanë raste nga praktika e tyre, duke sjellë në pah rëndësinë e ndërhyrjes ligjore krahas mbështetjes psikosociale.
Diskutimi nxori në pah se qasja sensitive ndaj të mbijetuarve është thelbësore – një qasje që vendos në qendër dinjitetin, respektin dhe fuqizimin e tyre.
Takime të tilla u cilësuan si shumë të nevojshme dhe frytdhënëse, duke na kujtuar se vetëm përmes bashkëpunimit ndërinstitucional dhe shoqërisë civile mund të krijojmë mekanizma më efikasë për mbrojtjen dhe përkrahjen e të mbijetuarve.

Today, within the framework of the “Amplifying Voices II” project, Medica Gjakova organized a roundtable with representatives from institutions and civil society organizations.
Together we shared our experiences, best practices, and concrete examples of supporting survivors. The legal experts from Medica Gjakova presented cases from their practice, highlighting the importance of legal interventions alongside psychosocial support.
The discussion emphasized that a sensitive approach towards survivors is essential – an approach that places dignity, respect, and empowerment at the center.
Such meetings were assessed as highly necessary and fruitful, reminding us that only through strong inter-institutional cooperation and civil society engagement can we create more effective mechanisms for the protection and support of survivors.
