Rasti i perfunduar ne salle, paciente 35 vjece.
Gjate konsultes se pare pacientia kishte mbushes te migruar, si pasoje e aplikimit joadekuate ne klinike tjeter.
Pacientia refuzoi per shkrirje te mbushesit, ne filluam aplikim te 1ml acid hialuronik.
Fillimisht kemi terheqje te buzeve (shkak i migrimit), konturimin , volumin dhe simetrine e buzeve.
Intervenimi i dyte- pacientes iu referohej te aplikoj vetem 0,5ml per te mirembajtur simetrine e buzeve.
Intervenimi i trete- pas nje kohe, aplikuam 0,7ml te mbushesit pasi pacientia deshironte volum me te theksuar.
Ne pergjithesi pas disa seancave, jemi ne rezultat e siper te permiresimit te buzeve pa perdorim te enzimes hialuronidaze vetem me mbushes dhe teknika te duhura te aplikimit.
