This training was created as a space for the study of yoga not only its practice, but its foundations, its context, and the responsibility of teaching.

Over the course of April – September, we work through practice, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology in a way that allows time for reflection and integration.

Held in a small group, with mentorship and individual attention, the training supports both personal development and the process of learning to guide others.

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Dodona është mësuese e certifikuar e Yoga (200h) dhe mban seanca të Hatha yoga si dhe yoga me fëmijë.
