Jemi krenarë të ndajmë me ju se ekipi ynë ka publikuar protokollin e studimit “Lehtësuesit dhe pengesat për administrim antimikrobik në infeksionet e traktit të sipërme të frymëmarrjes në kujdesin parësor: një protokoll studimi cilësor” në BMJ Open.

Ky punim është pjesë e projektit “Forcimi i Administrimit Antimikrobik në Kosovë”, i cili po zbatohet në partneritet të ngushtë me Institutin Kombëtar të Shëndetit Publik të Kosovës (IKSHPK), Ministrinë e Shëndetësisë së Kosovës, dhe Qendrën Ndërkombëtare për Zgjidhje ndaj Rezistencës Antimikrobike (ICARS). Së bashku, po punojmë për të ndërtuar qasje të bazuara në nivel lokal dhe të qëndrueshme për të optimizuar përdorimin e antibiotikëve në kujdesin parësor dhe për të zvogëluar rrezikun e rezistencës antimikrobike. Ky protokoll përshkruan studimin që synon të vlerësojë lehtësuesit dhe pengesat në zbatimin e administrimit të antimikrobikëve në kujdesin parësor në gjithë vendin. Këto të dhëna do të jenë thelbësore për zgjerimin e programit në kujdesin parësor dhe nivele të tjera të kujdesit shëndetësor.

Ajo që e bën këtë protokoll veçanërisht interesant është se është zhvilluar duke përdorur CFIR (Korniza e Konsoliduar për Hulumtimin e Implementimit), e cila është përshtatur me kujdes për kontekstin e kujdesit parësor në Kosovë. Edhe pse e rrënjosur fort në sistemin shëndetësor vendor, kjo qasje mund të shërbejë gjithashtu si shembull i vlefshëm për vende të tjera që po eksplorojnë mënyra për të dizajnuar ndërhyrje në administrimin e antimikrobikëve në kujdesin parësor.

Me padurim presim të avancojmë këtë përpjekje bashkëpunuese dhe të kontribuojmë në luftën globale kundër rezistencës antimikrobike (AMR).

Si ndikon orari i punës në shkallën e lindjeve me prerje cezariane?

Publikimi ynë i vitit 2022 shqyrton “efektin e orarit të punës” në normat e lindjeve me prerje cezariane, duke zbuluar se si faktorët sistemikë dhe jo-klinikë mund të ndikojnë në vendimet për lindje.

Gjetjet kryesore:
- Lindjet me prerje cezariane ishin dukshëm më të shpeshta gjatë ditëve të javës, me një raport probabiliteti (OR) të përshtatur prej 1.40 (95% CI: 1.13–1.72), bazuar në 1,952,691 lindje.

- Një model i ngjashëm u vu re kur krahasohen lindjet gjatë ditëve të javës me ato të dielën, me një OR prej 1.39 (95% CI: 1.10–1.75) nga 150,932 lindje.

- Këto prirje u konfirmuan edhe në analiza të tjera të nëngrupeve dhe rezultatet e tjera të lidhura me orarin e punës.

Ky rishikim sistematik me meta-analizë e thelluar është një nga kontributet më me ndikim të ESG-së, duke theksuar nevojën për të shqyrtuar ndikimet sistemike në ofrimin e kujdesit shëndetësor, për të nxitur një kujdes më të mirë dhe të bazuar në prova.
