Not all relationships are meant to last forever ⏳
Some people come into our lives to help us grow, learn, or heal—then the connection evolves or ends. And that’s okay.

Letting go doesn’t mean it wasn’t meaningful. It means you’re honoring what was, while making space for what’s next 🌿💛
Grief and gratitude can exist together.
******

Boundaries aren’t barriers—they’re bridges to deeper connection 🛤️
They let both people feel respected, safe, and emotionally free. Saying no, asking for space, or expressing your needs doesn't make you cold or distant. It makes you honest—and that’s what strengthens trust 🧡

When we set boundaries with care, we show up more fully and lovingly.

*********

In a healthy relationship, you don’t have to fight to be heard or hide parts of yourself.
Being seen, understood, and supported 🤝—that’s what creates safety and connection.

It’s not just about love. It’s about emotional presence, trust, and care that makes both people feel valued and accepted 💙
*****

A healthy relationship is a place where you feel seen, understood, and supported 👀💬🤝
That’s the foundation, not perfection.

If you’ve spent years counting, tracking, or trying to follow rigid food rules — it makes sense that it’s hard to let go.

But healing your relationship with food doesn’t mean giving up.
It means shifting from control to connection.
From rules to rhythms.
From pressure to self-respect.

Start with small cues: eat when you’re hungry, include satisfaction, check in with how you feel — not just what you ate.

✨ Gentle structure > harsh restriction.
----------

When we think about nourishment, we often focus on the physical — calories, nutrients, “good” or “bad” foods. But food is so much more than that.

It can be a memory, a tradition, a way to connect with people we love. It can bring us comfort when words fall short, or joy in moments of celebration. Emotional eating isn’t a flaw — it’s part of being human.

You don’t need to explain or earn your hunger. Nourishment is not just physical — it’s emotional, cultural, and relational.

Let’s start showing ourselves more kindness at the table.
*******

Tu n’as pas à expliquer ta faim.
