Stress can have a significant impact on your digestion.
Sit, relax and eat. It will help you to be more mindful of what you're eating, making you more aware of when you're full.
Also, I find it helps me to really enjoy the meal more, slowly savouring and appreciating every flavour.
When you're distracted while eating, you tend to eat faster, with little memory of what you've just eaten. And savouring the flavour? Practically nil.
I know that most of us are always on the go, but taking the time to sit and eat is important (when you can). It's an opportunity to unwind, even for 20-30 minutes. It's also an important part of healthy Living.
