Dear Friends and supporters of Heavenly Harmonies Gospel music extravaganza.
We have spent a great deal of time reflecting on the negative social media posts of Betusile Mcinga's management regarding our event. We may have taken even longer to respond than many would have thought or advised but as we all know, social media spaces are not the easiest to navigate.
Laying bare all the intricate details of the business transaction in question would require more than just a post and also, this being an official business matter, it would be inappropriate for us to engage on it via social media platform as we do not want to be the ones destroying Betusile's brand.
We, however, wish to assure everyone who may in one way or another be affected by this, including the ”agrieved party” that as an organization we are committed to the on-going formal process that seeks to resolve the impasse
Many inaccuracies have been stated. Facts have been misrepresented and no slanderous word has been spared, with an obvious intent to tarnish our image.
All this is really unfortunate. Please be reminded that there are at least two sides to every story.

We wish to appeal to everyone concerned to respect that process and allow it to unfold. We completely understand that such processes can be long and tedious but that is the nature of business.
We wish to express our heartfelt apology to Heavenly Harmonies Gospel Music Extravaganza supporters who were affected by this unfortunate incident. We are grateful to those who, out of concern have contacted us and offered valuable advice.
