- when and how did it happen?
- where did it happen?
- were you a driver, a passanger or pedestrian?
- what injuries did you sustain?
How long did you stay at the hospital?
-Do you have a discharge letter from the hospital?
- was the accident reported at the police station?

Prescription for RAF claims is 3 if the motor vehicle is identified and then in a case of "hit and run" it's 2 years.
This means you have 2-3 years to register your claim to RAF branches/ Offices.
You can make a direct claim or being represented by your Legal Practitioner(Lawyers)
