Netball Injury Prevention Workshop 🏐🙌🏻

Accelerated ACL Recovery with our Anti-Gravity Treadmill‼️

How’s this for progress? Liam is 10 weeks post ACL reconstruction and he is safely running and hopping thanks to our Anti-Gravity treadmill. With the Anti-Gravity treadmill, we are able to decrease the amount of body weight and therefore force going through his joints allowing us to do more sooner 💪

Today, Liam’s rehab involved single leg hopping and interval running at 85% body weight, both of which would likely still be at least a month away in normal recovery 🏃‍♂️

Welcoming Physio Jenna!! 👋🏻

We are so excited to welcome Jenna, our newest senior physiotherapist at Physio Fit Adelaide! Jenna has begun consulting with us on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from our Findon clinic, and we can’t wait for you to meet her!

Jenna loves working with pregnant women to support them during pregnancy as well as postpartum. She can even help your littles ones, being able to provide developmental assessments for babies and toddlers.

Jenna is your go to Physio if you need help with any of the following:
🤰 Aches and pains during pregnancy
🤱 Postnatal checks
💜 Pelvic floor exercises
💪 Abdominal separation
🏃‍♀️ Sports injuries

Jenna started her career in Western Australia, working with an athlete based population. In 2018 she spent a year traveling as the Head Physiotherapist for Cirque Du Soleil tours through Europe.

Once returning to her home state of NSW, Jenna worked with the NRL Women’s Dragons and the NSW Women’s State of Origin team. Outside of the NRL season Jenna spent a lot of time working with elite gymnasts and acrobats, adolescent athletes and female athletes.

As you can see, Jenna enjoys helping an array of clients! With her vast knowledge and experience she will be able to help you reduce your pain and achieve your goals!
