Take the time to regularly work through your own "stuff".

Life is tough, business is tough & society is crazy right now, make the time and space for yourself to recalibrate your own energetic flow, point of attraction & mental state.

One way to do this is by:

Unpacking your limiting beliefs and expanding them into new supportive ones.

I like to write out a list of any negative or limited beliefs, get them all out, don't shy away from any! Then go back and re-write them into new better feeling beliefs ๐Ÿ˜Š

It really does make a difference to your mental state!

This allows us to rewire our brains through visualisation techniques, to help overcome events from the past that have caused stress & SHOCK, which often remains unprocessed in the nervous system even if the event occurred many years earlier...

Even if you have no conscious memory of an event.

There are massive holes in the way society trains us to think that everything is segmented and to look at many issues as isolated.

Nothing could be further from the truth! Everything is connected. EVERYTHING.

.. Well I'll let you in a little.. actually a BIG secret...

"Adrenal Fatigue" is one of the major reasons why getting up in the morning is so damn hard! AND why you have no motivation.

You see, in order to preserve and attempt to rejuvenate your adrenal glands, they will shut off production of the morning stress hormones including cortisol (this helps you wake up naturally in the morning), and this is when they should be starting up and peaking at the highest levels for the day..

Instead you're stuck in conservative mode where cortisol is low in the morning and either remains low all day or raises much later than it should, often disturbing sleep.

Why does this happen?

Your Adrenals have worked so hard for so long & at all the wrong times of the day, through unsupportive; stress, diet, exercise, artificial light, neurological habits & much more, that they have become over taxed, and seriously under rested.

Do you struggle with Fatigue or Anxiety on a daily basis?

Consider how much time you spend looking at screens or living under fluorescent lighting.

Artificial blue light especially after dark, has a cortisol stimulating effect which means your stress hormones are being triggered at the wrong time of the day (night), Ideally, our bodies need 2-3 hours min of darkness before actually going to bed, which allows the mind and body to calm & bring down those stress hormones, this allows you to achieve a โ€œcell restoringโ€ deep sleep.

When you donโ€™t achieve this level sleep (even if you feel like you sleep like a log!), your whole system suffers, in particular your adrenals do not receive the adequate rest they require to stay optimal, this alone could see you end up with adrenal fatigue and feeling burnt out.

Your ability to produce use the melatonin you created through the day is also diminished by the effects of excess blue light.

One simple thing to do to assist your body to receive the deep sleep you require is to use blue light blocking glasses (BLB), if youโ€™re on the screens a lot through the day then the clear lens BLB can help ease the burden.

After dark, red lens BLB will eliminate the blue and green light waves, protect your melatonin and maintain natures intended circadian cycle, helping you to achieve a quality sleep, help to restore adrenals and wake up easier.

Of course there are many other factors in healing adrenals, fatigue and anxiety, but this is a great one to consider!

...Have you noticed that when you decide to eat well to get more energy & heal your adrenal fatigue that you actually feel waayy worse and much more lethargic as a result?

Despite all the experts are saying this should work!?

Whether you been through a stressful time lately or a patch of bad eatting, or both, when the adrenalin wears off, and the sugars drop, when the stress reduces and turns to reality..

You can be left feeling extremely lethargic, no matter how much rest you get or how well you start eatting again.

It's more than just the buzz of a stressful situation wearing off, more than realising you have to now live with what transpired.

If this resonates with you, you may have developed a blood sugar imbalance, a habitual neurological response which keeps you stuck in a hypoglycemic reaction.

Just yesterday, after putting up with lethargy for a few months gradually getting worse (very stressful year for me, without even mentioning lockdowns)..

Your positive momentum is more important than ever right now.

Time to rise above the situations that have you fixated, that keep you small.

Time to realise the pendulum can only swing in one direction for so long before the laws of yin & yang, and balance must be restored.

.. If you will just let go of the heavy load you carry around with you... then tuning in could be a breeze.

Now unless you've had a completly s**t easy life with no challenges at all, in which case your nervous system would be ridiculously incomplete and child like... ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Then there's a very good chance that the past is on some level, weighing you down without you even realising.

Past mental & emotional stress events are often hidden from your conscious awareness, at the time sure, but after a while this stress moves to the subconscious & body level, as a way of coping and surviving.

As a consequence some of your energy is redirected in order to maintain this unresolved pattern which not only detracts from your physical energy it also impacts your health and weighs you down, recovery is slowed and true recuperation becomes impossible.

These compensations also drain your happiness and motivation.

Being positive is a key component in filling your cup, but if you first patch the holes in your cup so that it stays full, then happiness becomes your natural effortless state, to have this we must first clean up these old stress & compensation patterns!

Once you've found and resolved these major past stress responses, then practicing conscious direction & positivity will see you easily tap into the limitlessness that you truly are.

"OMG How did you know that!"

The mystery of Muscle Checking...

Clients are often amazed at how I can uncover information within their conscious, subconscious or physical body, simply by pressing on muscles and challenging different points either in person or via surrogate.

It can be challenging to think that a seemingly simple practice could find incredibly valuable information that a dozen tests have never picked up on.
Information in regards to what's holding you back from moving towards a state of natural recuperation.

However the process of muscle checking is based on the body's own stress response, which, when used in combination with physical or verbal challenges can uncover vast amounts of information on what the nervous system can and can not cope with.

This same process is used to find what will strengthen the stress response and provide a better neurological learning or reference for the body/mind to use to maintain recuperation.

The body is always looking for the best option, but sometimes due to stress from; genetic, environmental, or lack of resources, your brain can't find an effective solution to a problem, and so in order to maintain life you develop a compensation pattern as a second best option.

You can not recuperate while you're stuck in compensation patterns.

Compensations are necessary, however, they take up alot of life energy to maintain (imagine an app you thought you had deleted, running in the background using up a lot of data without you even realising!).

This is why clients often feel a sudden availability of energy after a session, because we've resolved a compensation pattern and the energy tax has been freed!

So, the older you get the more compensations you tend to develop through various life challenges, and the less energy you have to maintain health and motivation.

Are your adrenals dominating your life and limiting your income?

Your adrenals are 2 glands located above the kidneys, they have many roles in supporting your neurological functions and their priority role is first and foremost to keep you alive!

At the whim of the pituitary gland, the adrenals produce "stress" hormones, when your fight/fight response is activated.

Because of this, they are one of the most abused systems in the body within today's society, as our genetics cannot possibly change quickly enough to adapt to the modern day environmental stimulaus and toxiciy levels we are now exposed to.

Adrenal over-function, dysfunction and exhaustion all have a MASSIVE ripple effect throughout the body & hormonal system.

Adrenal stress shows up in many forms, the are 2 major phases that I commonly see:

# step 1
- Adrenal stress (& adrenals becoming fatigued)
Erratic energy: highs and lows through the day.
Tired in the morning, and most awake at night around 10+pm
Short term memory failure
Anxiety, stress, overwhelm.

In this stage the adrenals become depleted & exhausted, resulting in the 2nd phase:

# step 2
- Adrenal fatigue (these may also show in step 1)
- Burnout

Symptoms can include:

Fatigue
Lethargic
(always tired)
Needing to nap through the day
Waking up exhausted
No Joy in life
Sadness
Getting sick often
Slow recovery
Easily injured
Brain fog
Lack of concentration
Time wasting
Un-productive
lost motivation
Isolation
Depression
Feeling hopeless
Feeling unworthy
Poor mental health
Exacerbated menopausal symptoms
Low functioning thyroid

Underactive Thyroid or... Overactive Adrenals?

Have you been told you have hypothyroidism?

Cortisol released by the adrenals in response to inflammation, stress, stimulants, intollerances, actually opposes the Thyroids function, decreasing the production of TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone), the result: may show up as Hypothyroidism on your blood results...

Treating the Thyroid in this case is addressing the symptom and ignoring the cause.

At least 80% of society has some level adrenal fatigue/stress, from personal experience I would say it more like 90%!

Which means 80%+ of people, at some point have had prolonged overactive adrenals suppressing the thyroid function.
