📣 This Saturday, August 12, Alectra, Life of Hope Foundation, and NKS Therapy will collaborate to address hunger and food insecurity 📣

Many Canadian families are still struggling in the aftermath of the pandemic. Some have lost jobs, businesses, and their homes, while others have experienced anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues. More Canadians are hungrier as the prices of groceries skyrocket, and too many struggle to make a full meal a day.

This event is completely free, and will provide free grocery gift cards to struggling families. There will be a mental health workshop, free grocery cards, a hot lunch, and mental health consultations provided to those in attendance.

We need to stand together as a community to fight the issues affecting so many Canadians.

Event Location: Mississauga at the Streetsville Kinsmen Hall, 327 Queens Street South, Mississauga ON L5M 1M3
Date and Time: Saturday August 12th, 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Self-care starts from the inside out and this week we're looking at setting boundaries. Setting boundaries can be tough but they are our own way of setting standards for how people can treat us, behave around us, and what they can expect from us.

Although they can be challenging to set, boundaries are our greatest self-care tool for protecting ourselves and forming healthy relationships with others.
