Here are some precautions that a person with sensitive skin can take during the summer:

- Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and fluids to keep the skin hydrated and prevent dryness.
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, especially during peak hours between 10 AM and 4 PM. Wear a hat, sunglasses, and protective clothing to prevent sunburn.
- Use sunscreen with a high SPF and broad-spectrum protection to shield the skin from harmful UV rays. Reapply every 2 hours or after swimming or sweating.
- Use mild, fragrance-free, and hypoallergenic skincare products that are specially formulated for sensitive skin. Avoid products with harsh chemicals, dyes, or fragrances.
- Take lukewarm showers instead of hot showers to avoid stripping the skin of its natural oils and moisture.
- Use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer to keep the skin clean and hydrated. Apply moisturizer immediately after showering to lock in moisture.
- Avoid rubbing or scratching the skin, which can cause irritation and inflammation. Use a soft towel to pat dry the skin instead of rubbing it.

By following these precautions, a person with sensitive skin can protect their skin from the harsh summer weather and maintain healthy, glowing skin.

While the exact cause of psoriasis is unknown, several triggers can cause or worsen the condition, here are some of the most common triggers:
- Stress
- Infection
- Certain Medication
- Weather Changes

Nadi Chikitsa (Pulse Diagnosis) is an important diagnostic tool used in Ayurveda to evaluate the state of a person's health. This ancient method involves assessing the three doshas or energy forces (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) in the body by analyzing the quality, rhythm, and strength of the pulse at various points on the wrist.

By analyzing the pulse, an Ayurvedic practitioner can identify imbalances in the doshas and determine the root cause of a person's health issues. This information is then used to develop a personalized treatment plan that includes dietary changes, herbal remedies, and lifestyle modifications to restore balance and promote optimal health.

Pulse diagnosis is a non-invasive, safe, and effective way to evaluate a person's health and identify potential health issues before they become more serious. By identifying imbalances in the doshas at an early stage, Ayurvedic practitioners can help prevent chronic health conditions and promote overall well-being.

Exercise regularly: Regular physical activity helps to strengthen the muscles surrounding your joints, reducing the stress on them and preventing joint pain.

Maintain a healthy weight: Excess weight puts extra pressure on your joints, leading to pain. Maintaining a healthy weight can help to reduce the risk of joint pain.

Practice good posture: Poor posture can put unnecessary stress on your joints, leading to pain. Make sure to sit, stand, and move in ways that reduce strain on your joints.

Use proper equipment: Using the right equipment for activities such as sports can help to reduce the risk of joint pain. For example, using supportive shoes for running can help to prevent knee pain.

Get enough sleep: Getting enough sleep helps to reduce stress on your joints and prevent pain. Aim to get 7-9 hours of sleep per night.

By following these tips, you can help to prevent joint pain and maintain healthy, pain-free joints.
