3. Avoid excessive intake of tea or coffee when you are practicing yoga.
4. Wear comfortable clothes for practicing yoga.
5. First begin with easy poses and thereafter you can advance to the tough ones
6. On time is late. reach 5 mins before class time so you must start 15 min before.
7. If you miss one day you are three days behind to your fitness.
