I know its been a long time since Ive posted. Truthfully, with my move back to Kingston, I took an intentional break to sort out home and family but this Pandemic is pulling me back out to share and help where I can! This lady here is truly an inspiration. I am so grateful for the fact that Sharon Feanny is consistently sharing her gifts of self care and vitality with Jamaica and the rest of the world. When I first returned to Jamaica from California (the land of easy to acquire organic and healthy food) it was such a struggle to get my bearings with regards to my health. Doing one of Sharon's 7 Day Life Fit Detox programs gave me the information I needed about where to acquire different necessary foods and services for my preventative health care. She blessed me with new self care tips and tools as well as great reminders which I needed in my then new home and high stress career. I salute everyone who places optimal health where it belongs in their life-as a priority. It is a radical act in these times where messages from media and essentially society at large tell us the exact opposite-go for the quick fix, you're too busy, too broke to afford to care for your self in this way, this GMO and refined food is really not that bad after all, etc etc. Take a stand for your life, your family and this world people!
