For those who don’t know what pooran poli is - Puran Poli is a popular Maharashtrian sweet flatbread made with flour, lentils, jaggery and cardamoms. Sometimes nutmeg & dried ginger is also added for a punch of flavors. It is a festive delicacy and is made during most festivals like Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi and Holi.
