Biscuit banana cake "Kinder-Pingwi"

INGREDIENTS
Sponge cake:
- Banana - 100 g
- Egg - 1 pc
- corn starch - 10 g
- Cocoa powder 10 g
- Baking powder - 5 g
- Sugar - to taste

Ingredients (one of the cream options):
- Cheese (cottage cheese) - 120 g
- Sugar - to taste

HOW TO COOK
Mix cheese with sugar.

Cutlets from minced vegetables

Ingredients:
400 g carrots
300 g potatoes
1 large onion
4 teeth garlic
3 art. l. ready-made thick millet porridge
1 st. l. cornstarch
deep frying oil
salt
freshly ground black pepper

For sauce:
125 g natural yoghurt
100 g mayonnaise
120 g greens
4 teeth garlic
salt

Cooking:
1. Finely chop the onion, fry in 2 tbsp. l. oils, 10 min. Pass carrots, garlic and potatoes through a meat grinder. Add fried onions, millet porridge, yolks, starch, salt and pepper. Knead until smooth.
2. Wetting your hands with water, make small round cutlets from the minced vegetable. Place them on a greased tray and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
3. For the sauce, chop the greens and peeled garlic, put in a blender glass and salt. Let stand 5 minutes, then grind into a paste.
4. Mix the pasta with yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth, salt and pepper. Place in refrigerator.
5. Heat frying oil to 180°C. Deep-fry the patties in batches until golden brown. Serve with sauce.

Chocolate-banana morning cocktail

Ingredients:

Frozen ripe banana - 1 pc.
Cocoa powder - 2 tsp.
Milk - 2 glasses.
Flax seeds - 1 tbsp. l.
Vanillin - 1/2 tsp.
Cinnamon - 1 pinch

Preparation:

1. Puree a banana in a blender, add cocoa, milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
2. Beat until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve for breakfast.

CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients:
flour 250 g
cocoa powder 60 g
sugar 200 g
baking powder 1 tsp
soda 1 tsp
salt 0.5 tsp
vanillin
eggs 3 pcs.
vegetable oil 120 ml
boiling water 200 ml
boiled condensed milk 1 can
cottage cheese 250 g
gelatin 1 tbsp
milk 100 ml

Cooking:
1. Biscuit: add soda and baking powder to flour, sift. Add salt, sugar, vanilla, mix. Add eggs, vegetable oil, mix with a whisk. Add boiling water to cocoa, mix with a whisk, pour into the dough, mix.
2. Pour the dough into a mold with a diameter of 20 cm. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C, covered with foil. Remove the foil, bake for 25 minutes at 170°C. Cool down.
3. Cream: pour gelatin with milk and leave to swell. Beat cottage cheese and condensed milk with a mixer. Heat the gelatin, add to the curd mass, beat until smooth.
4. Biscuit cut into 2 parts. Put the cake in a detachable ring, pour half of the cream, then cover with the second cake on top, put the remaining cream.
5. Top with chopped biscuit crumbs. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Baked potatoes with avocado sauce

Ingredients:
700 g of potatoes
2-2.5 tbsp. l. olive oil
1 tsp. ground dried garlic
a bunch of parsley
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper

For the sauce:
1 avocado
2 teeth garlic
1/2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
60 ml of olive oil
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins until ready.
2. Place the peeled avocado and garlic in a blender bowl. Pour in lemon juice, salt, pepper and grind into a puree. Pour olive oil in a thin stream, whisking the sauce until smooth.
3. Heat the oven to 200 ˚С. Place the potatoes on a large, oiled baking sheet. Take a glass and press down on each potato until it cracks. Pour each potato with 1 tsp. oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and dried garlic.
5. Bake for 25–30 minutes.
6. Sprinkle the finished potatoes with finely chopped parsley and freshly ground pepper. Drizzle with avocado sauce.

PIZZA ON YEAST Dough

Ingredients:
Flour 200 g
Dry yeast 5 g
Sea salt 5 g
Olive oil 1 tbsp.
Warm water 100 ml

Filling:
Hard cheese 150 g
Tomato 1 pc.
Sausage 50 g
Greens 30 g
Garlic 1 clove.
Olive oil 2 tbsp.
Water 1 tbsp.
Salt, hot pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Add yeast and salt to sifted flour. Mix well.
2. Pour in a spoonful of olive oil, add warm water in parts.
3. Knead the dough until homogeneous, smooth and plastic. We roll the bun and let it "rest" under a napkin for 30 minutes.
4. Place greens and garlic in a blender bowl, pour in two spoons of olive oil, a spoon of water, salt and pepper and grind to a pulp.
5. After a short proofing, roll the dough into a round cake with a diameter of 40 cm, transfer it to the mold.
6. Lubricate with green sauce.
7. Gradually lay out pieces of sausage and tomato, sprinkle with cheese shavings. Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
