🌿 Therapeutic Somatics Class 🌿

This class is about slowing down, tuning in, and gently unwinding the layers of tension your body has been holding for years. We’ll begin with calming breathwork and gentle guided movement to help you notice how your body feels today. From there, you’ll be guided through slow, floor-based (or chair-adapted) Somatic movements designed to retrain your nervous system, release chronic tension, and bring relief to nagging aches and pains.
Unlike traditional exercise, this practice works directly with your nervous system to restore ease, balance, and functional movement. Each class focuses on a specific area of concern—such as back, shoulders, or hips—while also supporting your whole body’s ability to relax and reset.
