Hello all and greetings from Petrichor!
Starting today, we have a series of posts coming with tips, tricks, and resources to help us cope with the uncertainty and stress of the Coronavirus pandemic. Unfortunately, the times we need to take care of ourselves the most are also when we have the hardest time following through - itâs so easy to get caught up in the constant news coverage or stuck in the mental loop of what-ifs about uncertain parts of our future. Stay tuned and we hope you find it helpful!

And we can find these practically anywhere, although itâs easy to not notice when weâre lost in our thoughts.
It could be the antics of a pet that always makes us laugh, a favorite cup of tea, a comforting scent, how the sunset looks on a particular day. Or it could take you by surprise: like that habit of your significant otherâs that usually drives you crazy but you realize y
