The Spiral Within

May I look forward to the next moment in my life,
in the next minute, today, this week,
to come face to face with an opportunity,
inside myself or within my relations,
to choose tolerance over intolerance,
to choose love and inclusion over fear and separation,
to choose action in alignment with my values for the welfare of all
over collapsed inaction.

And may I remember,
when that time comes,
that if I am able to choose “rightly”
it will be a shared victory
as I celebrate all the interdependent factors
that led my individual being to being able to make that choice
in that moment.

And were I to “fail”
when that time comes to choose in that way,
may I remember to see the opportunity to expand my heart’s compassion
to all who cannot choose differently,
until they can.

Greetings and salutations everyone,

Starting this Sunday (January 5th) I will be offering a
FREE 6-WEEK THERAPEUTIC GRIEF YOGA GROUP in preparation for my first official one in Denver this February.

If you are looking for a space to practice mindful embodiment and process some of the unfinished business you may hold around experiences of loss in your life (any kind of loss!) this small intimate group may be perfect for you.
Each session will include a specific discussion and group processing on topics related to grief recovery, themed body-centered exercises, meditation, journaling/creative art-making, and a specifically designed yoga asana practice.

We will meet on Sundays 2:30-4:30pm for 6 weeks:
January 5th,12th,19th, (skipping jan 26th), February 2nd, 9th, 16th.

You need to be 18+ yrs old to participate in this program but all identities and bodies are welcome.
No previous yoga experience required for this all-levels experience.

If you are interested contact me ASAP as space is limited and pre-registration is required.
