I know I love my job when I take a day out of my vacation to give a talk to the Boys and Girls Club of Hawaii. These committed staffers asked the most intuitive, brilliant questions. The difference they are making in Kauia is obvious. We tried to entice some of them to come to Colorado. They looked at us like we were crazy. I hope I have given them new ways to think about helping their members with challenging behaviors. They enriched our experience greatly!
