Anomaly Therapy Services is now Enrolling Teens in our Life Skills Summer Boot Camp.
THIS IS A THERAPY GROUP FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY WITH:
-Building And Maintaining Relationships
-Intense Emotions
-Impulsivity
-Being Reactive In Communication
-Feeling Worthless
-Unhealthy Relationships
-Bullying
-Healthy Boundaries
-Emotional Dysregulation
-Anxiety & Depression
-Substance Use
-Conflict Resolution

This Boot Camp will meet weekly on Mondays, Starting June 12th-July 24, 2023
from 12 pm-1:30 pm.
Health Insurances Accepted: This group is in-network for TX residents with BCBS, United Healthcare, Aetna, Optum, Oxford, Oscar, and Cigna, and $35 a session for out-of-network and out-of-pocket participants.

Grief is a complex and challenging emotion that can be difficult to navigate. It's important to remember that everyone experiences grief differently and there is no right or wrong way to grieve.

Here are a few things you can do to help cope with grief:

1. Give yourself time and space to grieve. Don't feel like you need to rush through the grieving process or that you should be "over it" by a certain time.

2. Connect with others who understand what you're going through. Consider joining a support group or reaching out to others who have experienced similar loss.

Hello Everyone, I wanted to share information about DBT groups Anomaly Therapy Services PLLC will be starting soon. Please see attached flyers. We are hosting an Adult DBT-Substance Use Disorders Skills Group: "Reclaiming My Life", and a supportive DBT group for Teens " Understanding our Emotions" Summer Boot-Camp".
