I am super excited, grateful, honored, and everything beyond to be teaching a special bonus workshop; “Intentional Touch: Adjusting from the Heart” for the upcoming 200hr YTT this October at Vikasa! 🤯🫠🥰

This adjustment module isn’t limited solely to the art of physical assists. I will be guiding you on a deep and insightful journey into both the tangible and intangible elements of hands-on adjustments; becoming a further extension of your students, helping them uncover their limitless potential.
