We are now a country that is hyper-obsessed with food dyes and I just can't figure it out. We'll give our kids dozens of grams of sugar as long as it has no food dyes. Why?

Because no one understands nutrition at a macro level. We're all obsessed with the micro. The little things that don't matter. Basic nutrition isn't sexy. We have to appear smart by looking past what's basic and thinking something like food dyes and artificial sweeteners are the problem with our food.

But.... basic is what's important. Do the basics.

TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️

Your inability to lose weight is not because you have a poor metabolism, bad genetics, or a hormone imbalance. It's because you're not in a calorie deficit, you're not eating enough nutritious foods, and you're not doing a progressive training protocol. You're doing extreme fad diets then changing them in 2 weeks because it didn't work. You're going for a walk with your dog as a "form of exercise." You think hot yoga and pilates is the answer. You think keto is the answer. You look up lemon turmeric drink recipes because you heard it'll "melt fat overnight." You're buying supplements from Walmart that you have no idea what they do.

You are doing everything except the right things. Hire a Nutrition Coach. Hire a Personal Trainer. Learn the right way.

Juicing destroys the fiber and leaves the fructose.
Eat the fruit whole 🫐🍓🍍🍉
DON'T eat fruit by itself. Always consume with a protein source.

Step 2: Do that consistently.
Step 3: Don't listen to stupid people.

"There needs to be more research on supplements."

Okay, cool. You paying for it? Who's paying for it? No one wants to pay $1 million to prove vitamins are good for you. People WILL pay to fund pharma so they can prove a chemical fixes one issue and causes 10 others. People love that s**t.

Just started my second bottle of BPC-157. I won't sugar coat it. I feel darn near perfect. 0/10 pain.

Workout recovery is slightly better. I do feel stronger. I do feel as though my body composition has changed positively. Zero gut issues. Zero neck pain. Zero back pain. I'm able to work my job and not feel like I'm slowing down.

There is no way this is a correlation without causation scenario. Nearly 3 weeks of seeing a noticeable difference.

The only thing I don't like is how much this stuff costs LOL
