Despite the fact that in 2018 92% of plastic surgery patients were , in 2017 reported that male plastic surgeons outnumbered 5:1. What the heck, ladies?? Before And immediately after a revision surgery yesterday morning. The first surgery was done by another surgeon over 10 years ago. There are a handful of “flavors” of issues with surgery that lead patients to seek revisions. This is one. I call this the “dorsal-tip mismatch” where the tip of the nose doesn’t look like it belongs with the bridge of the nose. (Best seen on view) you can see that the tip of the is “overprojected” (comes out way to far from the face) relative to the bridge of the nose, giving the nose an unnatural look. My revision surgery took the tip of the nose closer to the face- to match the bridge, and also gave the tip a more natural shape. On front view, you can also see some shadowing and irregularity (what I call ) on the bridge of the nose (technically it’s called an “inverted V deformity”) that I fixed with using from the . It’s true! I’m seeing in record numbers in the office for quick pick me ups with and . Social media has made us all more aware of our and our , and on and blur our , eliminate our shadows, and highlight our best features in the same way that can. My trademarked does the same thing in a semi-permanent way using a combo of Botox and fillers like . While it’s true that many men are motivated to see me by the idea of looking better in photos and videos, I also see men coming to see me to look younger and more approachable at work (less angry or less tired), and just to feel better about themselves. About 20 percent of my patients are now men! TRY IT!! But do it for YOURSELF, and not just your ! Thanks, and for opening our eyes to this ♥️

So honored to be listed in as a 2019 “super doctor”. And chosen for the “rising stars” list too! AND on ! I also love that the poem my son gave me on Mother’s Day says NOTHING about me being a doctor. To him, I’m just a mom who loves vacations, throwing parties, and seeing friends. !! Before and one year after I performed a revision surgery in with on this tiny cutie. Her happy mamma brought her back to clinic this year to say thanks and show her off. Lip scars are most noticeable when they disturb the natural border of the lip (the line where you would place lip liner). Aligning the vermillion border of the makes the scar less noticeable to the eye.
