🏄SUP Yoga: SUP (stand-up paddleboard) yoga incorporates hatha and vinyasa poses on a 10 to 12-foot paddleboard. SUP yoga increases your balance, body awareness, focus, and core strength. Your board is anchored, so no worries of floating away! Be prepared to get wet, with the ocean as your safety mat!

This 75 minute class combines yoga, strength training, release, & stretch.
The first part of class is set to energizing music and incorporates resistance bands, balls and hand weights to improve cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. The remainder of the class will be extended holds of passive postures for a deep release and stretch, offering an opportunity for myofascial release with the option to include props such as foam rollers and release balls.

Aerial Roots: Perfect for new Aerial students, this class will give you a great foundational start to your aerial journey! By using the aerial silk, it allows the body to work against gravity, create space in the joints, and lengthen the muscles. The silk rests on pressure points bringing energetic balance to the meridians in the body, and compression-free inversions boost the lymphatic system and detoxify the body while giving traction to the spine. An overall increase in flexibility, increase in the circulatory system, and mood boost are among some of the additional benefits to a regular practice!

This 45-minute Flow is an intermediate level class designed for students that have a solid foundation of yoga practice and up. Students will be challenged with the use of vinyasas and intermediate level postures throughout the class and will be introduced to some advanced level postures. Perfect for students with a foundation of yoga practice and comfortable practicing intermediate level poses. Flow yoga is a style of yoga that links poses together, breath to movement, and uses a vinyasa- plank to chaturanga to cobra/upward facing dog to downward facing dog- in between sequences.

OLD NAPLES
This 75 minute class is beginner-friendly and a blend of our Roots & Restore classes. ROOTS focuses on the fundamentals of the practice, simplifying the language and practice to empower students and help them become confident practitioners of any class. Postures are taught from the ground up with precise alignment cues and include the use of props to support the practice. The end of class will focus on RESTORE, relax, and restful practice. This restorative practice is healing on the inside by calming the nervous system and allows for deep tissue healing. Blending both of these classes together helps heal your mind, body, and self!

Join us for a YIN class! The yin practice encourages the release of contraction held in the connective tissues of the body, including ligaments and bones. Yin yoga complements dynamic yoga practices, which primarily focus on change at the muscular level (yang). Passive postures are held typically for three to five minutes to allow for deep release. Focusing on the breath and awareness of sensations that arise during the asana promote a meditative state. Challenge your threshold for stillness as you move inward to find balance and connect with an increased fluidity and stability of the joints and of the mind.
