The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends all children receive the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine at age 12-15 months, then again at 4-6 years to protect them from these diseases.

Pediatricians will continue to stand with families, providing care that protects the health, safety, and dignity of every child—free from political interference.

As Justice Sotomayor wrote: “When provided in appropriate cases, gender-affirming medical care can meaningfully improve the health and wellbeing of transgender adolescents...”—a view backed by the AAP and every major medical organization.
