When it’s too cold and snowy to go to the gym, Dr. Chadwick Byle, a Saint Luke’s sports medicine physician, highly recommends doing yoga at home for exercise.
“Yoga is a great way to work on strength and flexibility, and it can be done in your living room,” said Dr. Byle. “There are many apps to stream yoga class videos for free.”
