‘A mothers love’

Everywhere I am is home.
There have been days where I felt like I just wanted to be home, comfortable, safe, and in one place. Those moments usually bring me to tears, doubt starts to creep in and I'm asking God to just cover me with his love and protection. I then reach out to my inner circle. My core women who have reminded me at every step how special this walk is that I am on. With every place I have been it has been a gift to my soul, to my mission. I have faced the darkest corners of my shadow and to see it in real time, to face my ego, fear, and pain in real time has been transformative. The English language can be very limiting for me to express myself in the way i have experienced life but one day I will.

But for now, my heart is tender but I am humbled with gratitude.

Uncle. Grandfather. Ancient one.

So many forest. So much magic! I often found myself talking to the trees. Introducing myself and being met with "we've been waiting for you." Its like they knew. They knew why I was there before I did. Trees have personalities just as much as people. They have stories to tell that go back in time to our ancestors and their ancestors. There is so much medicine in nature. So much of her magic is there and not hidden from those willing to show up.

Every pieces of land I have walked on this journey has given me back a part of myself. Has held space for me to fall apart and come back together. To remember. I encourage you to go outside this summer. You don't have to do anything extreme but to just be present in nature. Just show up. Listen and have a open heart to recieve her love.

Today marks a month that myself, bent, and Snow (rav4) have been traveling across the US!🤸🏾‍♀️💜💫Wow, never thought this would be me but also, why not? I traveled across 15 states in my rav, stayed in about 8, and experienced all the elements. A friend of mine said im on a world tour and yes, I love that! A world tour of Divine heart healing, discovery, and remember who i am.
The first week I cried alot. So many emotions came up for me around my inner child and teenage self. So grateful to Mother nature for holding space for me as I went through my journey of healing my heart and forgiveness. It didn't make sense and I was only getting pieces of why I was called to take this trip but a month later, I get it. I needed it. It saved my life! Cheers to many more miles and planting some roots on the West Coast!!!🤙🏾🙏🏾💫🤸🏾‍♀️

Can you find the courage to show up as who you are meant to be everyday? Even though the world outside wants to dim your light? Can you do what they say is impossible? 10,000 feet above sea level and all you can do is hear God. All you can do is listen to your inner warrior and spirit. Let it lead you. Let it open your heart and heal you.

In a world where being sensitive to energy is frowned upon im here to tell you its a super power. Its my super power. Its how we navigate the dark waters. Its how I read the room before I even step foot into it. Its how I can see and know only what spirit knows. Its how I am always anchored in love. How can you follow your heart if you are afraid to feel? If you are afraid to face your own darkness? Where do you think peace will come from? Where do you think love resides? Within you!

I was asked what my greatest fear was recently and as I searched for the answer within me, I replied and said "I dont have any. Truthfully fear can not live within me as I take this path." As I walk into my true purpose on this earth, my agreement to God and the collective I am fearless in this walk. I am protected and I AM Love.

I know you hear that wishper. I know you have been hearing that call to action to take a new path, a higher one. Are you going to come off autopilot and take the wheel in your own life. You are the master creator. Not anyone else outside of you. Expand your mind beyond society, beyond the government, beyond limiting beliefs.

On this day, Mothers day, I honor and give thanks to Mother Earth in New Mexico. I haven't played my bowls since last year. After being so burnt out I didn't think I would ever love the sound of my bowls agains but in this moment I was feeling really called to. The high vibration and electricity that flows through New Mexico is on another level and was the exact medicine my inner child needed. I have been on this profound jounrey the last few months but specifically the last two weeks where I have been traveling across the US with no plan but just trust in my heart to guide me to where I need to be. It has been the most vulnerable but actively healing experiences I have ever committed to. I have cried alot, laughed alot, slept as much as my body needed, and are actively overcoming my fears. No one prepared me for what challenges following your heart would present but one thing I do know I have come home to myself and I will never leave again. The liberation and true knowing of who I am and why I am here is priceless.
Thank you Mother Earth for guiding me and protecting me at ever place I was called to. Thank you to my tribe who have checked on me everyday of this trip and who continue to remind me to not stop, I love yall so much. My life is unfolding right in front of me, I'm being reborn but truly just coming home to who I was all along.

Stepping into a new lane but for sure familiar to your spirit can give you all the feels, no matter what, lean into it!Discovering a new passion and purpose is my theme as I close out 2021. I did a deep dive inward in the last 6 months to heal a lot for my inner child and also adult self. On this journey I discovered more magic and gifts I had stored away. Things that were burred deep in the shadows because I didn’t believe in myself or felt I was worthy enough. Thoughts and energy that were learned and passed down from generation to generation has now ended with me. Reflecting back on how far I’ve come there is so much to tell. But for now I’m going to take my time.
I’ve been playing with GarageBand for a week and a half now, trying to get This sound right and I’m finally there!
The only thing now is to share what I have as I’m unfolding in real time. So, join me? Join me on this journey of unfolding, where I’ll be recording and sharing my love for sound healing and music. Guided meditations, story telling, and healing vibrations will be coming your way soon💫💜🐉!

Happy Full Moon in Aries!🌕♈️

As mercury has gone direct and we are in the post shadow period things will become very clear to you as to what serves you and what doesn’t. There will need to be action taken to remain aligned. This is very much a test to see how have you been listening. Spirit is asking you, are you ready? Are you dedicated to your purpose? How will you be of service to the world and healing of the earth? Hold on tight as there will be a lot going on. In the media, through conversation, etc. be mindful you are not being pulled into negative talk or gossip. Align yourself to positive affirmations and energy only as our words are even more powerful along side our mind right now. Manifestations are coming in fast! What you’ve been asking for is here.
There will be deep healing in the heart space, honor it. Some will feel like they need to go into hermit mode and that’s okay but you aren’t meant to stay there. You’ve learned all that you can in that space and it’s time to share it. Community will be the way of the future. Finding like minded people but being mindful you are not a follower. Remember your own true power and self. You are coming together as a collective to help heal the world.
Protection will be very important. Spirit isn’t telling me much around that other than protecting your energy field from outside forces that are not for your highest good is vital. Listen to your intuition and gut feelings.
Move in love, prioritize joy, soul family, and yourself. Give back to the Earth, honor her as she goes through this transformative time. The shift in energy wi llmake it feel like time has sped up, it has. Keep your feet planted on solid ground and your heart open toward the Divine. It’s a beautiful but intense time. Take it a step a day and remember your purpose here.

When we think about sound healing I want you to imagine that sound healing can happen anywhere. From your plants, the ocean, the birds, and wind. Sound healing frequency doesn’t just come from tools that a practitioner plays but it can come from something as simple as the grass underneath your feet as you find your grounding. We all know that everything has a vibration, whether high or low, everything created and nurtured by nature possesses the deepest form of healing frequencies. Connecting back to nature and the earth brings you back to yourself.

House plants as well can play a major part in the feel of no only your home but of your own vibration. They too are very much alive just like in this video giving off sound waves.

The way I see sound is like a unspoken language, with colors and symbols, a dance between this realm and the higher realms. It is how we can be assisted in connecting to the Divine 💫💜
