It has been a true privilege and honor to hold space for our community over the past 17 years! Time has flown by, yet each year is etched in my memory - filled with gratitude, growth, and countless meaningful moments. I’m deeply thankful for the journey, the relationships, and the continued opportunity to serve and grow with this incredible community.

I say it every year, but it’s always true - my team is one in a million! Each and every member holds a special place in our center. It’s their unique blend of professional expertise and individual personality that makes our center truly exceptional. I’m so grateful to work alongside such a dedicated, talented, and inspiring group of people.

To our valued community, we are deeply grateful for your continued support and the many gestures of kindness you’ve shown us over the years. To continue to serve you with the high quality experience you deserve and to better support our therapists, beginning Sept 1, 2025, we will be implementing a modest price increase. Current packages along with our anniversary sales may be purchased during the month of August. As always, we will continue to offer service packages in the future.

Lila has opened her schedule and will be available every other Sunday! We know many of you have been asking for this option, and we are so excited! 🌿🤍🙏

Lila has been an LMT for over 10 years and is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Lila has also spent the past two years specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage for Oncology patients. She promotes MLD for pre/post-op care, pain management, enhancing movement and function, and overall boosting the immune system.

As a New Jersey native, Lila graduated from the National Massage Therapy Institute in 2014. With a passion for healing and helping others, Lila continues to study all aspects of holistic living and healing. She believes in mind over body and focuses on the body’s innate wisdom and capacity for healing.

Lila continues to dedicate herself to building and growing within her industry. She has worked with numerous healthcare professionals in an effort to learn how to most effectively apply massage therapy as a healing tool that everyone can use for improved overall health and wellness. She enjoys working with all types of people to assist in improving mood, mobility, and function. Lila believes that massage touches people physically, emotionally, and spiritually and she feels grateful to share such a beautiful gift.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in both clinical and spa settings, Renee is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist committed to helping clients achieve optimal wellness. She specializes in a wide range of techniques, including Deep Tissue Therapies, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Thai on the table and Cupping Therapy.

Renee has worked alongside chiropractors and wellness professionals to provide tailored therapeutic care, and she also has extensive experience in spa environments delivering holistic treatments for the body and mind.

Known for her intuitive touch, excellent communication, and professional reliability; Renee strives to create a calm, healing space for every client whether they are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking relaxation.

We want to make a special post just for Tamora 💞 This month is her anniversary offering massage therapy - 30 YEARS!! 🌿🤍🙌

She first learned about massage from a magazine ad and look at her now! Prior to moving to Florida in 2020, Tamora and her husband traveled the US. She loves meeting new people and learning new modalities.

If you’ve been blessed to be on her massage table, then you know magic is going to happen. She always starts with the singing bowl on you (and that alone is magical ✨). Tamora’s passion to help others can be felt in her bodywork and seen in her smiles and hugs. With that being said, it’s only natural for Tamora to level up her offerings…she is now a Reiki Master. Reiki sessions may now be booked with her!

She’s been with Natural Balance since August 2020, and we hope she stays with us for many more years! We are forever thankful that she found us. We love her so much! 🙏♥️😘
