Jackie is a native of Wisconsin Rapids and graduated from the School of Pharmacy at UW-Madison. She enjoyed 27 years with Shopko Pharmacy and worked in many of their locations, including Wisconsin Rapids, Stevens Point, Neenah and most recently Winneconne. The closing of Shopko prompted Jackie to look for a way to continue to provide pharmacy services to the people of Winneconne and the surrounding communities. A mutual interest in providing exceptional customer service as well as offering proactive healthcare made partnering with Hometown Pharmacy a great fit. Jackie is married to to her husband, Dave, and they are parents of Charlie and Celia. Jackie enjoys reading and especially likes to read about health and wellness. Her family enjoys being active, so her downtime often involves hiking, running on trails, skiing, snowshoeing, backpacking, camping, canoeing…. or some crazy combination of those activities! They have been lucky to travel together to many interesting places in the USA and around the world. Being able to spend time with her immediate and extended family, no matter what they’re doing, is one of Jackie’s favorite things. Jackie truly cares about the health and well-being of her customers and finds great fulfillment in making connections with them while addressing their health and wellness needs. She does not take for granted that it is a unique privilege to serve as the community pharmacist. Jackie and the staff of Winneconne Hometown Pharmacy treat their customers with care and compassion and are grateful for the opportunity to serve and to get to know the people of Winneconne.
