🌱 Call for Mentors | Masters Mentorship Network 2026

We’re excited to officially open our Call for Mentors for the 2026 Masters Mentorship Network.

This initiative is designed to support master’s hopefuls as they navigate the demanding and often reflective journey toward professional psychology training. As a mentor, your insight, experience, and presence can make a meaningful difference in how a student understands both the process and themselves within it.

📅 Important Dates
🟢 Applications Open: NOW
🔴 Applications Close: 28 February 2026

👥 Mentor Requirements
To be considered as a mentor, you must:
🟢 Be registered with the HPCSA as a Psychologist (any category), or be in the process of registering (student, intern, comm serv, or independent)
🟢 Have sufficient time and capacity to meaningfully engage with a mentee
🟢 Be willing to offer guidance, insight, and reflective support to a master’s hopeful navigating the professional training pathway

If you meet these requirements and would like to contribute to the development of the next generation of psychologists, we’d love to hear from you.

As we step into a new year, we’re excited to begin preparations for the 2026 Masters Mentorship Network. This programme was created to support students who are preparing to apply for professional psychology master’s programmes in South Africa, by connecting them with psychology professionals who can offer guidance, insight, and support through what can be a demanding and often overwhelming process.

The Masters Mentorship Network is for master’s hopefuls who are seeking clarity, structure, and reflective support as they navigate applications, selections, and the development of their emerging professional identities. It is also for psychologists who are willing to give back to the field by mentoring the next generation and helping to shape the future of psychology in South Africa.

We encourage all Masters Hopefuls to keep a close eye on our social media platforms and website for updates.

Dylan is expanding his practice and has added a new venue in Bryanston, Johannesburg, which is now open to new clients seeking therapy and/or psychological assessments.

71 Homestead Avenue, Bryanston, Johannesburg
This practice forms part of Dr Colinda Linde & Associates.
