The core of each session will be skill building, creativity and fun. Your child will build lifelong knowledge through having fun. This knowledge will help them make healthy choices and understand HOW to do so!

Jess from Cook & Create is a qualified and VASTLY experienced Food Technology/Food and Nutrition teacher! Jess has a 1st Class Honours Degree in Food, Nutrition and consumer sciences and the best way to describe Jess is 'Enthusiastic, engaging, fun, positive and excitable'

PLUS not only will they get to learn how to cook healthy Ninja meals and snacks but they will also be able to get some awesome Ninja exercise in before and after cooking class!!!

RESTFUL MEDITATION WORKSHOP

Sat July 24: 3:00 - 4.30pm

Explore the fascinating world of Chakras and their effect on our energy channels.

Luciana will take you through what the 7 main chakras are, how they relate to your yoga practice and your metabolism. This will be followed by a yoga flow to specifically energise and unblock stagnant energy channels.

You will conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra Meditation. Yoga Nidra is practised lying down and we use props to get into a restful, comfortable position.

Allow yourself some time to experience what happens as we cultivate an inner state of kindness and self compassion.

✔️ We ask you to help us in keeping our gym clean and safe by wiping down any equipment you use and bringing a towel. Additionally, we have a STRICT no towel no train policy.
