A huge congratulations to Tom, Ash and Jono who all completed the half marathon this morning at the Gold Coast Marathon event! They all finished in under 2 hours! We are so proud 🩵

We are very excited to announce we have a start date for our new Osteoporosis Bone Builders class! 💪🏋️‍♀️

⌚️ Due to multiple requests for afternoon sessions, classes will be 5pm on a Tuesday and Friday with Tom, starting from Tuesday the 18th of July.

🔔 Prior to joining a class we require you to complete two, one on one sessions with Tom. These are for Tom to go over your history, get you familiar with the exercises and make sure they are all medically appropriate and safe. The aim of these initial assessments is for you to feel safe and confident in a class environment.

🔔 Each class will be $35 per session and private health refunds will apply if you are covered for item code 560 (Group Physiotherapy). If your private health fund is one we have a members choice or preferred provider agreement with, your rates may be a little cheaper!
