At the Peninsula, we are known for getting some of the best local entertainment in for our residents. Our Valentines party was no exception. The fabulous and talented tenor Gustavo Herrera was in the house!

The finale of our Cyber Seniors graduation was the throwing of the caps. We then went in to party with our own prom and formal dinner.
A glimpse at one of the heartfelt speeches made by one of the Brookswood high school tutors to our resident. This program not only allows our residents a chance to strengthen their computer knowledge but it builds a beautiful bridge between the generations. ❤️
Residents, family members and staff rode the Big Bike at Morgan Crossing under beautiful skies. From the oldest at 101 to the youngest at 23, everyone had a great time for a good cause! #heartandstrokefoundation #makingmemories
The strength and talent of these young ladies brought much joy to the Peninsula on St. Patrick’s day.
One of our wonderful volunteers showed us her talents playing the “Hulusi” a Chinese flute made from a gourd and bamboo. We would like to share with you this delicate and beautiful music.
“Hung hay fat choy!” The lively performance of the Lion dance brings good luck and fortune according to the Chinese.
A little peek at our “Not so Newlywed game” today. These couples have been married 66,55 and 40 years! We can learn a lot from these beautiful residents. ❤️
“Ti Amo” means “I love you” The talented and loveable Gianni and Cristina entertained us today. ❤️

Another of our annual traditions here at the Peninsula is the Christmas Dessert buffet. The sweetest sound is of our entertainer Cristina. We never tire of listening to her ❤️
We had a small ceremony on Saturday, November 11th Remembrance Day honouring Veterans and those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. What made it so special was that our resident Veterans read poems, prayers and shared stories. Family, friends and staff were in attendance of this somber but beautiful ceremony. Lest we forget.
