In this way, we build a balanced body and mind, while minimizing the risk of injury. We take pride in teaching people to use and care for their bodies in a manner that helps them flourish. Today was a tough workout. My had me with a real low readiness score and I felt it. So we were all set to do 3x3 of muscle ups and set 3, we forgot to hit record! So we added a 4th set FOR THE GRAM 🙌! It worked out well 😉

I’m 2015 taught me a lot about movement and mobility. One gem was how important it is to have healthy feet.
Since 2015 I’ve worn toe socks 98% of the time that I’ve worn socks. Why? If I have to wear shoes or socks, I want my toes to feel the space that is intended to be between them. Toe socks allow your feet to splay naturally and align properly, enabling greater stability, equaling more comfort and improved performance.
Think on this, what would your hands be like be like if you wore mittens 90% of your waking life?

Earlier this year, to save time and for convenience, I decided to do a meal delivery service. I chose . They have been great. Awesome quality and tasting food at a great price. They also have excellent customer service. To top it off, they randomly send free stuff like this freezer bag! This is the kind of thing I use often, so it is much appreciated.
This I am thankful for good food from a good company that has made my life easier! 😁

This is a glimpse inside today’s Metabolic Breathing Program lesson.
It’s taking me a lot longer to get through it than I planned, but I’m okay with that as the benefits have been awesome!
The main things I’ve noticed are improved energy, and more control over waking my body up and calming my body down, thus improved sleep. Super cool stuff.

It's with great excitement that we announce Nick Ebner Integrative Fitness will be joining forces with Transform Fitness NYC. Beginning October 1, 2017, all the classes will be held at 133 E. 58th St. Suite 902. To sign up for classes you will go to the Transform Fitness Class Schedule. Also, our current class schedule, on this page, will change to the Transform Fitness NYC schedule as of 10/1.

We're merging to create an overall improved experience for our athletes. Some of these enhancements include back to back/better class times, new additions to the schedule, open gym hours, and more equipment suited for gymnastics strength training (new schedule coming soon).
