Men's mental health can so easily go completely unseen. We see behaviours such as violence and risk taking as boyish behaviours yet men predominantly externalise their distress. Harming others or themselves , driving erratic, excessive drinking or gambling or over working. Remember women seek help... men die. We need to change our societies way of dealing with male mental health and the way health professionals identify men's mental health.
Reach out , call it out and bring it out into the open.

The best in me speaks to the best in you. This is really important in relationships of any kind Intimate partner, parent to child, friend to friend.
Are we working within our circle of influence?? The one person we truly can influence is ourselves. Change our outlook, behaviour or attitude and allow the rest to follow.

My business has changed its name to my name Jeanne Fogarty Counselling and Hypnotherapy. This avoids being confused with any other company and I stand by my service as I do my own name. I will still be giving my clients the best possible care and look forward to helping people continue to achieve their goals in 2020 and beyond. I am still based at the Macquarie Chambers in Dubbo.
