I did not want to work out this afternoon.
I slept badly (that’s a whole other story) and I had to literally prise myself out of bed.
But I know if I just start by doing a half hour, I will probably do an hour and some stretching and feel better after.
So upper body (bit space restricted-part of the whole other story) and used all my dumbbell manifestations lol
