We apologise for so much, especially during fertility struggles. For expressing our feeling too much, needing space, asking questions, or simply protecting our peace.

But let’s be clear:
You don’t need to say sorry for being human.
You don’t need to shrink yourself to make others comfortable.

Every part of your journey, every emotion, every boundary, every pause is valid. Let’s stop apologising for surviving something we never asked for in the first place.
