Birthday treat for myself using all natural ingredients. Trying to add as much fibre as possible to my diet with no nasty addictive/sweeteners is the most important to me to promote Gut Health. Yes their is some natural sugar on my plate! But I was proud to stay on my lifestyle choices.
Pancake recipe:
2 ripe bananas,
2 eggs,
Half cup of Almond flour,
cinnamon and a touch of maple syrup.
Chocolate sauce: Dark Chocolate
Peanut butter (no palm oil)
