PSORSIS! A skin condition that is both irritating and embarassing. I can help! The reason I went to school to learn do facials and get licensed was because I personally have had to deal and combat many skin conditions. Day #23 Today is about the 5th Chakra (the third eye). The third eye represents what is true and real and seen from within and also commonly called physic energy. It's seeing the truth whether it is seen in our every day life meaning in physical reality. It is the "knowing" and "seeing" what is real. For example. It is the source of the 6th Sense. The color is purple and the crystal is amethyst. This is important because when this chakra is open you are able to receive "information" from the divine or your angels. Also when open you are able to sense the "unseen" truth of a situation. The affirmation for this chakra is "I see the Truth" Sometimes this might seem scary because to see the "truth" is to reconize what is really going on and that could be positive or negative. The challenge is to be willing to be open to see either and all situations in the "true" light. The information is invaluable and I have found in the past is usually the information you "DON'T" want to see. It is so easy to see the good and positive but what is usually brought to the service is what we "need" to hear or what path we are not taking that we should be taking. It is not negative but it is the area in which we can receive fruitful guidance in where we are? and which path is right for us. And that is not always what we want but it is always what we need! This music is good to listen to during meditation. You can use it before you go to sleep as much healing is done during sleep both physically and emotionally and, of course, spiritually. Pay attention to your dreams if you decided to listen to this as the shamanic native american drumming will calm your mind, relax your body, and cause you to naturally go deep within to the core of your being. It doesn't matter if it is subconciously as the mind body connection know's how to assimulate the information you receive. If you are willing and open this process can be witnessed on a conscious level. And if you have a hard time getting to sleep this track will help you. I listened to it and passed out! LOL

Day #9 What's at the end of the Rainbow? Is it wishes ? dreams coming true? My interpretation is when I see a rainbow it reminds me that "I AM" the only thing that can make my dreams come true. Scientifically, without the observer a rainbow cannot exist.. Rainbows all over the road at the end of long day at work and and evening painting my treatment room!!
