"Jeanne was phenomenal and my experience was top notch! I'm from Houston however I live out of the area. On our way to Houston for Christmas, my hearing aid dome got stuck in my ear. As a last minute effort, I came across Hearing Aid Express. The receptionist was extremely cordial over the phone and in person. Not only did Jeanne see me right away, but she remove the dome from my ear AND she had the proper domes for my hearing device. Thank you SO much for ensuring my trip remained great!
