Adam’s Rib Co. was founded in September 2005 as the Florida Gators were on the brink of many championships in basketball and football.

Our homemade side dishes include baked beans, collards, coleslaw, and mac-n-cheese, just to name a few. Keeping the day-to-day consistency, training our staff, and creating relationships with our customers are the keys to our successful tender BBQ at Adam’s Rib Co. We work diligently to maintain the freshest of meats and ingredients.

In 2012, we opened our second location, providing the same excellent quality of service and a selection of beers (not available at North location).

Sunday morning in Gainesville Florida at 7:00 am we will have our coldest day of 2017 the low of 28 degrees. We will be having freezing temps from 4:00 am till 8:00 am. That's 6 hours of hard freeze be sure to protect your plants animals, leave a water faucet dripping so your water pipes will not be frozen, and be sure you have anti freeze in your automobiles. Bundle up for a long cold night. PS there will still be church services in the morning.
